Epic Mickey confirmed as Wii exclusive (again)

Submitted by Stephen Ebert on October 9, 2009 – 9:00 amOne Comment

Epic Mickey confirmed as Wii exclusive (again)Following the recent Internet frenzy over Epic Mickey Game Informer has confirmed once and for all that the Disney game will be a Wii exclusive following multi-platform rumours.

The confusion occurred after Game Informer unveiled its much awaited exclusive magazine cover stating Epic Mickey as a Wii exclusive.

Soon after, the mag’s website removed the Wii exclusive claim getting non-Wii owners hyped to the hilt about it arriving on other platforms.

Now Game Informer has come out with the truth. Confirming that it really is exclusive to Ninty’s white box. Game informer just wanted to save that nugget for the magazine.

So it looks like the alleged control scheme getting players to create brush strokes really is designed with the Wiimote in mind. Not that it will be of any consolation to non-Wii gamers.
