Video: Command & Conquer gameplay Crawler unit explainedEA’s released a behind the scenes video showing off Command & Conquer 4’s Crawler unit and how it’ll change the way players do battle in the C&C universe.

Bases are a little different this time round with the introduction of mobile fortresses. In C&C 4 The Crawler handles everything to produce units, structures powers and more.

Speaking about The Crawler Jason Bender Lead Designer of Command & Conquer 4 describes it saying “It’s your base, it’s your radar its your war factory its a heavy combat vehicle, it’s your identity on the battlefield, it represents a lot of different things.”

There’s a fair smattering of gameplay in the vid’ too. Take a look.

Check out the game’s debut trailer here.
