Video: Nokia talks up post N-Gage future, Ovi Store

The Ovi Store already has loads of games and is set to get lots moreN-Gage might soon be facing the Grim-Reaper but that doesn’t mean Nokia’s resting on its gaming laurels. Mark Ollila, boss of the Ovi Store says to expect bigger and better things in future, with innovative titles on the menu.

Just in case you missed it Nokia recently announced that from September 2010 the N-Gage store will be no more. Instead Nokia will offer all its games content via the Ovi Store.

So what does the future hold for handheld gaming on Nokia devices? Nokia Conversations sat down with Mark Ollila, boss of the Ovi Store to find out.

Bigging up the store he boasted of its 1,000-plus games library, with games for everyone. He also spoke of a couple of new innovative games with new tech coming to the Ovi Store.

“One of them I’ve told everyone about-Dance Fabulous Touch, another two are more strategic in nature showing of technology innovation”, Ollila revealed.

He also said that with the Ovi Store Nokia’s opening up the drawbridge to let even more developers have a hand in conjuring up exciting new titles for Nok devices.
