Halo: Reach screenshots leaked?

Submitted by Stephen Ebert on November 6, 2009 – 12:30 pmNo Comment

Halo: Reach screenshots leaked? Bungie ought to call a plumber. It’s Halo: Reach has supposedly leaked onto the web courtesy of some screenshots, gameplay, weapon and level details. Is this the real deal?

The screenshots, as posted on NeoGAF (link below) apparently show off some of the games levels along with some menacing looking weaponry. There’s also rather convincing looking title and menu screens.

The snaps originate from someone who claims to have taken part in an internal beta of the game, where said user played through the games first three missions.

Apparently the first mission sees players having to find other Spartans, the second involves taking control of “several huge missile guns”, while the third has players sniping enemies.

Real? Possibly. Bungie has seemingly taken the step of banning those who mention the leaked pictures on its own forums.
