Euro PS3 video store arrives November 18th, Netflix live in U.S [Update]

Casino Royale is just one of the highlights coming to the PS3The PS3 will be getting on-demand video skills from November 18th. That’s the date when the PS3 Video Delivery Service launches. Netflix is also available now in the U.S.

[Update: November 18th is the date when the launch party for the service will be held. Not when the service goes live. Sony will announce the date at the event itself. End of update]

Film fancying gamers in Europe will soon be able to watch lots of Hollywood fare, the first of which was revealed last week.

The initial film list will include: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Hannah Montana: The Movie, Bruno, Angels & Demons, Casino Royale, Crank 2: High Voltage and The Hills Have Eyes with more inevitably to follow.

The U.S PlayStation Blog has also just announced that video service Netflix is now live for PS3 users with the required streaming discs. If you’re in the U.S you can get one here.
