Assassin’s Creed 2 getting double dose of DLC from January 2010

Assassin's Creed 2 getting double dose of DLC from January 2010Assassin’s Creed 2 will be getting double dosed with downloadable content in January and February 2010 Ubisoft has confirmed.

The first, “Battle for Forli” will be the first to arrive next month, followed by “Bonfire of the Vanities” in February.

Little else was revealed except that players should allow for at least 1GB of free space per download for the DLC for the Xbox 360 and PS3 which likely fills certain gaps with the game’s story.

The web is already full of speculation, with many hitting up Wikipedia for info on the Battle of Forli, but until Ubisoft reveal more it looks like players will have to hit the history books to figure out what it could all mean.

We’ll bring you more when we hear it.
