David Guetta namedrops DJ Hero 2 If scratching fake vinyl all in the name of pretending to be a DJ is your thing then get ready to do it all over again. DJ David “Sexy Chick” Guetta has let slip that DJ Hero 2 is on the cards. Or should that be decks?

The superstar DJ, known recently for his “Sexy Chick” track with Akon already has a track in the existing game and according to the man himself it appears a sequel is on the way.

DJ Hero might have divided gamers and music fans like Marmite, or Dizzee Rascal but if true it looks like the game did well enough for Activision to seal the deal on a sequel. And we know Activision likes a sequel.

Spilling the beans on the franchise, Guetta told Kelowna: “I think it’s amazing, this game, and I’m going to work on the No. 2 version.” Still, given the spate of Guitar Hero sequels should we be surprised? Thought not.
