Submitted by Stephen Ebert on March 11, 2010 – 12:09 amNo Comment

One year on from its unveiling, Sony has finally named its PS3 motion controller. It’s called “PlayStation Move.”

Sony just revealed the name for its motion controller at its Game Developer’s Conference in San Francisco.

Sony says it will “Pull the game out of the TV and into the living room, and be “an extension of your body.” Apparently it will appeal to core gamers.

Sony went on to show a video of it in action playing all sorts of games from golf, painting, fighting games, table tennis and more.

Game and controller bundles will sell for “under $100 says Sony. The controller will be out this Autumn.
