Ys IX: Monstrum Nox has just received an update, notably providing a co-op mode. However, only PC players are affected by the patch.

The update 1.1.2 published for the version computer, Steam more precisely, mainly brings two novelties.

The first is a new mode. This allows players to approach the game with a friend. It is then now possible for you to fight in co-op, but not only, since the exploration of dungeons or cities is also granted. So this differs from what the previous episode offered, where this feature basically only had one purpose: combat.

And if the co-op is available locally, the possibility of calling on a remote player is however given to you via the Steam Remote Play.

The other addition prepares the game for the upcoming arrival of the Steam Deck by providing it with a new configuration: Ys IX: Monstrum Nox can now borrow the 16:10 format suitable to satisfy any player on the portable console from Valve
