Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes, available on Switch, just received a free update to capture the legendary Arceus. Darkai is also planned, but a little later.
Released in November 2021, Pokémon Sparkling Diamond and Pokémon Sparkling Pearl did quite well and are now riding on the undisputed success of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
How to capture Arceus in Pokémon Sparkling Diamond and Pokémon Sparkling Pearl?
The remakes have therefore just recently received a free update that makes it possible to catch the legendary Pokémon Arceus. However, there is a prerequisite. To access it, it will indeed be necessary to have a backup of Pokémon Legends: Arceus on its Switch, and to have completed it.
From then on, you can launch your Pokémon Diamond or Pearl, and embark on the quest for Arceus. It will be enough to go in your room to find the Flûte d’Azurthen direct you at the top of Mount Coronet to use it near the Pillar of the Lance. This is where you could confront and capture Arceus.
How to capture Darkrai in Pokémon Sparkling Diamond and Sparkling Pearl?
Furthermore, another illustrious Pokémon will make its entrance, Darkrai. The latter will be available from April 1 to 30, 2022. However, you will need to have beaten the pokemon league, completed the quests related to Cresselia and recovered the National Pokédex.
Then you just have to get your hands on the Membership Card in the Mystery Gifts tab and go to Joliberges. On the spot, it will be enough simply to let the time pass by sleeping and then to go to a brand new island, landmark of the legendary Pokémon.
This is perfect while waiting to see the 9G arrive with Pokémon Violet and Scarlet scheduled for the end of the year.
