Bloodborne soon to be announced on PC and PS5? News @VGR

A reputable insider, who previously announced the PS5 remake of Demon’s Souls, seems to indicate that news will be coming soon around another FromSoftware game, Bloodborne.

Rumor returns every season like lily of the valley: Bloodborne could be a port on PS5, and even on PC (because it’s Sony’s great passion at the moment). The last time we had heard of the vPS5 version of FromSoftware’s game, it was before the State of Play last March. If the rumor had been quickly evacuated, apparently the game is still in the pipes, and could even show up soon.

In any case, this is what the Sherlocks of the net have concluded following the little sentence dropped by Colin Moriartyformer journalist from IGNin the latest Sacred Symbols podcast: “you ain’t done hearing about Bloodborne, I’m telling you“. We know that the Summer Game Fest 2022 will be full of World Premieres and other unexpected surprises as often (or not), so this would be, for example, the right opportunity to “hear about” this franchise.

As a reminder, this same Moriarty (another link with Sherlock, isn’t it?) had announced this possible PS5 port in October 2021, without specifying whether the Bloodborne 2 rumors were plausible. It was he who notably announced the remake of Demon’s Souls on PS5. It remains to be seen whether this teaser announces the port that fans have been waiting for, a sequel, or simply a generation upgrade… If not, you can still play the PSX demake on PC.
