The remake of Dead Space is revealed little by little and will be shown again very soon during a livestream organized by Motive.

In March, Dead Space had a small session during which the game team focused more on audio. Soon the remake will show up again this time focusing on visual appearance, promising us “a deep dive into various aspects of the upcoming game’s art design”.

A stream to talk “in depth about artistic design”

As announced by Motive, via Twitter notably, the next planned stream will (according to EA) aim to show all the visual evolutions the team has been working on to detach their production from the original title and adapt it to the current audience. The presentation will count, among other things, on the presence of the artistic director, mike yazijianto thus approach various elements such as the environment, the characters, etc.

The Motive team will show the first images of how it leverages the Frostbite engine, Gen 5 hardware, and PCs to visually evolve and redo environments, characters, visual effects, lighting, and more elements of the original Dead Space game, to create a new level of immersion and quality for today’s audience

This broadcast, “Crafting the Tension”will follow on May 12 on Twitch and Youtube from 7 p.m.
