Finally a small beam of light for Digimon Survive. While the game has been postponed many times, it has finally received its classification on American soil.
Despite a difficult development slowed down by the pandemic, Digimon Survive makes progress. Postponed multiple times, the franchise’s first proposal in the visual novel genre with a touch of RPG and storytelling, is in the process of being reviewed for the US classification body, the ESRB.
An innocuous step for many projects, but who here could testify to significant advances, while the postponement to an indefinite date in 2022 had grieved the few die-hards of the license. Unsurprisingly, Digimon Survive won’t have an “Adult” rating on the mainland, but it should be a bit more mature than some previous works, however.
