If the PlayStation version had already benefited from the new gen update at the beginning of March, that of the Xbox was still waiting for it. It is now done.

While the very recent Dying Light 2: Stay Human was awarded new elements and an update fixing several bugs, the first opus released in 2015he has a new look on new gen consoles.

Xbox finally has its update

This 8 March, Techland had already provided the PlayStation version of the patch. Only the consoles of Microsoft remained behind. This is no longer the case. It will therefore have been necessary to wait about ten days to see it appear and to try to counter the Polish FPS finery worthy of the Xbox Series in particular.

And, as our previous news has already reported, the Xbox Series X receives three different graphics modes (identical to those of the PS5). As for them, the S and the Xbox One X claim only two. Here are the details:

Xbox Series X

  • Performance mode – 60 frames per second in Full HD (1080p)
  • Balanced mode – 60 frames per second in QHD (1440p)
  • Quality mode – 30 frames per second in 4K (2160p)

Xbox Series S / Xbox One X

  • Performance mode – 30 frames per second in Full HD (1080p)
  • Quality mode – 30 frames per second in QHD (1440p)
  • Introduction of a new network using the EOS solution
