Quantic Dream was indeed on a Star Wars game, which took advantage of the Game Awards 2021 ceremony to reveal itself.
The French studio takes advantage of a more than attractive trailer, which can even nastily titillate fans of the universe, to announce it pompously: the Star Wars license is effectively in their hands.
Entitled Star Wars Eclipse, this new title of Quantic Dream will offer (as usual) a branching narrative: each choice made will be decisive for the plot which will involve several characters. The events that players will experience will take place in the age of High Republic and will take place in an unprecedented region of the galaxy.
So far, the title hasn’t shown anything other than a cutscene. At the same time, this is quite normal for a game which is still only at the beginning of its development as we can read on the official site. Moreover, Quantic Dream is currently looking for additional staff to move the project forward. And so, if you have the necessary talent and live in either Paris, or Montreal, so go for the offer.
