Gameplay for new UFL soccer game to be unveiled on January 27

While waiting to learn more about Goals or the desires of 2K in the football simulation, the new UFL title will be presented next January with a first gameplay video.

The mysterious Belarusian UFL game, considered by many to be a potential competitor to FIFA in the future, will be revealed in more detail the January 27th, announced its independent developer Strikerz. The small studio has turned things up since the game was announced at Gamescom. Enough in any case for this title to stir up the expectations of fans of sports simulations.

As expected, UFL will therefore engage in a first gameplay video which should allow us to discover more than simple information balanced over the months: 5,000 official licenses, a contract with FIFPRO for the modeling of players ‘faces, a partnership with several big teams, a dev’ under Unreal Engine (undoubtedly UE5) and especially the promise to be a game without any pay-to-win where “only talent counts”.

This online soccer game could launch a new era in soccer simulation. Indeed, Goals, another game online but free to play, ridden by a renowned former sportsman, is also planned for PS5 and Xbox Series. 2K might also want to put its two cents in.

The other FIFA would be looking for a new name since EA Sports should soon lose the right to use the international brand.
