On the occasion of the Future Games Show within Gamescom 2022, Modus Games presented a new trailer of its future game, and launches a playable demo.
The great conference of Future Games Show took place in the heart of Gamescom 2022 and the many independent studios presented their games. On the side of Modus Games, a new trailer on Soulstice was unveiled, along with the announcement of the playable demo on PC via the Steam platform.
The trailer allows you to discover one of the cinematics of the game, with the sisters Briar and Lute (a chimera that shares two souls) who face Arrowhead, one of the enemies of the game. Any resemblance to Cloud’s sword is purely coincidental.
Dubbed by Stefanie Joosten (Metal Gear Solid V), Briar and Lute are sisters who have been reincarnated as chimera. They are the only ones able to oppose the Wraiths, vile and ravenous beings from the other side of the Veil. By mastering the abilities of both characters, players will be able to unleash their full potential as Chimera and stop the invasion before it’s too late.
Players can pre-order the physical Deluxe Edition of Soulstice. This includes the game but also a soundtrack and digital Artbook and an Ashen Blade item pack. The release is scheduled on September 20 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
