The writer Mary DeMarle, who worked on Deus Ex, will play an important role in the making of the next Mass Effect.
We told you about it recently: Mary DeMarleknown for having contributed to the scenarios of Deus Ex and Guardians of The Galaxyrecently joined the ranks of Bioware, following the acquisition of the western branch of Square Enix by Embracer. And if we didn’t know immediately which project she was heading for, we now know the name of the game she will be working on.
Michael Gamble has just confirmed, by a tweet in particular, that Mary DeMarle will work on the new Mass Effect, of which he is the director, and not on Dragon Age 4which could also have been a possibility. She will serve as senior narrative director.
The scriptwriter, rewarded at the Game Awards 2021 for the videogame adaptation of the adventures of Starlord and company, will have the opportunity to bring her experience and know-how in a field that seems to succeed (SF), to give a script worthy of satisfying the fans of the adventures of Sam Shepard.
