The Japanese creator has announced the departure of the premises of his Kojima Productions studio, five years after setting up the company there, which then became independent again.
Kojima Productions leaves his historic studio for another location. The boss and creator Hideo Kojima announced the departure from its premises in Tokyo to another unknown destination in a series of tweets on Thursday.
Today is when we say goodbye to the entryway, Ludens hallway and kitchen that have been our home for just over five years. Many memories come to mind. Farewell

One can easily imagine that the developer will expand a little more, with a lot of projects in the pipeline right now. Between radio, VR, cinema and something related to Sony, Kojima has already teased games in production and may have wishes to be in larger premises. As a reminder, although largely supported by Sony, Kojima Productions has been an independent studio (for now) since leaving the Konami group in 2015.
To copy a troll on Twitter, it is true that the place now looks “abandoned”…
