Warner Bros has given details on the game mode of the new Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy, a title that will not have any online element.

During the presentation of the new A-RPG Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy last night at the State of Play special, Warner Bros also gave an update on game modes and co-opas several images and videos appeared to show two wizards fighting side by side in the missions.

The studio therefore reconfirmed that the game will be single player only. There will be no online mode or co-op via online multi. Additionally, Warner Bros made it clear that the game will not feature microtransactions or in-game purchases. Very good news for players, who will no doubt be able to enjoy the title with any connection off, which is increasingly rare today (and can lead to complicated situations).

Heroes can still be accompanied by sidekicks in the story, since the editor specifies that “some Hogwarts students will become friends. As players deepen these connections, their fellow players will be able to accompany them on their journey, develop their skills and tell their own stories.”

Hogwarts Legacy is due out late 2022 on PC, PS4, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Switch.
