Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy shows us in video how it plans to use the capabilities of the PS5.
If the PS5’s SSD or 3D sound are often used, Sony’s Dualsense is unfortunately only rarely used in current games, even if certain apps like Returnal, Deathloop or even Ratchet & Clank clearly do the job. And Hogwarts Legacy also intends to serve as an example in this area.
Hogwarts Legacy intends to use all the capacities of the PS5
It is therefore through a gameplay video of a few minutes that the app shows us how it uses the capabilities of Sony’s controller and console. 3D sound, precise and localized haptic feedback, use of adaptive triggers to cast spells, etc.
On paper, it clearly makes you want to and we can only appreciate so much effort, now remains to be seen what it will be like once the controller is in your hands. As a bonus, the developers claim to use the full power of the PS5 in particular by offering super fast loading or with support for the famous Tempest 3D sound.
As a reminder, Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy is due out in late 2022 on PS5, Xbox Series, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
