A non-final PS4 version has been photographed by leakers who have posted images of the game on the Internet. Sony is obviously in the process of removing the pictures.
It’s a bit the prerogative of all the great games in recent years: thanks or because of social networks, titles are often found on the run on the Internet well before their time. More than a month from its release, Horizon Forbidden West has borne the brunt in recent hours.
On Twitter, an account shared images of a visibly non-final PS4 version of Sony’s next exclusive title, clichés which were in the process prohibited “by the beneficiary”, which therefore confirms the real character of the thing. Moreover, other accounts have not yet been affected by the removal request.
According to VGC who also shared the news, the build of the game is obviously not itself on the run, which is good news for the publisher who will probably be able to contain the leaks better before the release. The question arose, given that these pictures seem to have been taken on a screen that turns the beast. As a reminder, the game is scheduled for February 18 on PS4 and PS5.
