Kazuki Takahashi, creator of Yu-Gi-Oh!, passed away

The creator of Yu-Gi-Oh! was found dead off the coast of Japan under strange circumstances.

If the name Kazuki Takahash does not tell you anything, you must know Yu-Gi-Oh! famous manga based on card fights that must have made more than one happy in the playground, or after school on M6 late 90 early 2000. A license which is still today declined in a multitude of video games, animes and collectible card games. But Yu-Go-Oh! is now orphaned.

A great mangaka is gone

Kazuki Takahash was found dead off the coast of Nago in Okinawa at only 60 years old. The circumstances of the death are still unclear, but the man was found with diving equipment, which would suggest a tragic accident. An investigation is currently underway to determine the exact causes.

Takahash leaves behind family, friends, and everything a legacy that will live on in the eyes of fans. Yu-Gi-Oh! is indeed a successful license that is not about to stop.
