Netflix and Take-Two team up for BioShock movie

BioShock will indeed be entitled to its film adaptation. An agreement with the VOD giant has just been concluded.

It’s still very vague. No detail came to satisfy our curiosity. However, the film is well under construction. At least, that’s what we learn from the tweet posted by Netflix.

The saga had already been the subject of a film production. However, for budget reasons and concerns about the target audience, the project had to be cancelled. It thus fell into oblivion before reappearing a few years later, currently. And, this time around, things seem to be on the right track.

An agreement, which would have been negotiated for a whole year according to The Hollywood Reporter, has indeed been found with the American streaming giant. Netflix will therefore welcome the successful franchise of Take-Two on its platform.
