After Mickey and his buddies, it’s the turn of the SpongeBob universe to plan a new Mario Kart-Like in 2022. The title is planned for PC and consoles.
Planned for PC and all current consoles, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway will be released on October 7. The publisher GameMill Entertainment has made official this weekend this third installment in a Mario Kart-like series in the universe of American cartoons such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Welcome to the Louds, Ren & Stimpy or Hey Arnold.
A series (which I didn’t know existed until this third episode) which hasn’t been a great success until now, but which wants to change that by offering a extended roster now, with 40 playable characters at launchbut also 36 circuits and 90 crew members.
The game will be playable in split screen local multiplayer, or in online mode. A little Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl vibe is coming out of it. Will it compete with Mario Kart, already attacked by Disney with its Speedstorm?
