On the occasion of THQ Nordic’s stream, the sequel to the episode released in 1999 was given a little moment to show off some gameplay.
First released in 1999, Outcast was entitled in 2017 to a remake. Some time later, in 2021 to be precise, a sequel taking place 20 years after the events of the first opus was even announced. But since then, we were waiting for news. And what better way than an event organized by its publisher, THQ Nordic, to remedy this.
A new view on the gameplay
When it was first announced, Outcast 2: A New Beginning was given a few gameplay elements. This is also the case today.
Only, of course, the time we are now given is a little longer and we see our hero Cutter Slade explore here and there the nooks and crannies of Adelpha, either with his feet or with the help of his jetpack. And it will not be easy, some individuals who are waiting to engage in hostilities will land in front of him. In short, all this is to be found in the following trailer:
The exact release date has not been announced yet. So we’ll settle for a vague soon. It is expected on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
