While he had some details about it during the Xbox conference on June 12, Overwatch 2 now provides a date for its beta.
Enjoying this Xbox conference June 12, Overwatch 2 has shown itself to communicate in particular about its transition to free-to-play. Finally, this will for sure be the case of his fashion pvp. Regarding the mode PvE, nothing has been communicated yet. But, it’s probably only a matter of time since, as mentioned before, an appointment is already scheduled for June 16.
A Beta at the end of June
However, we didn’t have to wait until the small event organized by Blizzard to find out when the beta will go live. Thus, the latter will be launched on June 28 next on PC but also on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. It will then allow to approach the new character just unveiled, be the Queen of Junkertownand will also offer a brand new map.
Registrations will open on next June 16at the same time as the planned presentation where more details on this scheduled trial version will be given.
As a reminder, the PvP mode (free-to-play) of Overwatch 2 will be made available on October 4, 2022 on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and Switch.
