The new PlayStation Plus is coming soon and Jim Ryan continues to tease content for the service’s future catalogs.

Formalized recently, the new program PlayStation Plus will land with us during June 2022 and promises many things, including a large catalog of classic (PS1, PS2, PS3…) and recent (PS4, PS5) games. On the other hand, we have absolutely no information on the games that will be included, so it’s time for a teaser for CEO Jim Ryan.

Everything will be big on the PlayStation Plus: games, publishers and studios

According to him, the PlayStation Plus will be filled with good things. If we are to believe his words, we should expect to find classic games in very good shape, great PlayStation exclusives (but not in day one) and above all, big names in the industry.

It was during a recent podcast that the man continued to teaser around the “solid” catalog that will be offered to subscribers.

I can tell you that we have massive publisher participation in this program. We have some big names with us. […]We have big publishers, we have small independent publishers. We have over 200 partners working with us to bring their content to PlayStation Plus in all, so the range is going to be really strong.

For the moment, if games like Ghost of Tsushima, God of War or even Returnal have already been mentioned, we still don’t have any official list to put in our mouths. No doubt that Sony will give news before June, just the time needed to take advantage of the hype around the announcement and to do some teasing.
