After having successfully touched the Castlevania then Metroid license, the Spanish studio MercurySteam announces a dark fantasy A-RPG.
Unless there is a component related to the simulation of an iron (which I wouldn’t mind), the new “Project Iron” should interest a lot of people. Indeed, this title third-person action-RPG is currently developed by MercurySteam (steam, mercury, iron, we stay in the same theme), designers of the very good Metroid Dread (our test here).
This project, in collaboration with Digital Bros, seems to be a new IP, planned on all consoles and PC. In a press release, officials announce a dark fantasy universe and a budget of 27 million euros, for this title published by 505 Games.
We will not know more for now, but the game will undoubtedly target more the public who enjoyed the work of the Madrid studio on the episodes of Castlevania between 2010 and 2014.
