A new story-focused trailer showcases the Unreal Engine 5 now used by TeamKill.

Running under the version still in Unreal Engine 5 Early Access on Sony’s latest console, the title having changed engine last year, it may still be subject to change by the time the game is released, normally scheduled for This year.
As a reminder, this Horrifying cosmic FPS we will follow the epic of Jacob, a firefighter sent to the Monad Quantum Research Facility to save as many people as possible from the fire that is raging there. But these are mostly the extraterrestrial forces having attacked the base and set fire to those waiting there.
