Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars – the title of Yoko Taro released in October 2021 – will be succeeded by a brand new episode. And it’s coming very soon.
Last October, the new project of Yoko Taro (Nier Automata, Drakengard): the RPG card-based, Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars. Now Square Enix is announcing a new installment. It will not be a sequel strictly speaking, since there will be no link with the previous episode. Thus, it will not be necessary to have done the first to approach this new opus.
The title will tell the story of an island, whose protection is ensured by guards. However, their diminished power cannot prevent the threat from taking hold. It will therefore be the role of the hero to prevent the destruction that awaits. He will then venture on the seas in the company of Lati – a young girl who failed to become a guardian – to complete her quest.
This Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden – such is its name – will be released on PS4, Switch and PC on February 17.
