The last presentation, Pokémon Presents, highlighted the new generation. The release of these two new titles is scheduled for the end of 2022.
Ultimately, it’s not the sequel to Detective Pikachu or even a DLC for Pokémon Legends: Arceus that was hyped by the latest Pokémon Presents. This February 27, The Pokemon Company has instead bet on the presentation of the two new titles developed by Game Freak: Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Purple.
Scheduled for release at this end year 2022these two new opuses will continue in the way of the open world traced by its predecessor, the very recent and attractive Arceus. And, as a first look, this Sunday’s show not only aired some visuals of the titles, but also helped reveal the three starter Pokemon that carry Generation Ninth: the grass type Poussacha, the fire type Chochodile and the water representative Coiffeton.

The new adventures will be compatible with the Pokemon Home, a service that will allow any player to keep their Pokemon. Thus, they will be able to bring in creatures from any other region – previously collected in previous titles – in these new Pokemon Scarlet and Violett.
