While previous information announced the holding of E3 in digital format, a new source has now confirmed its cancellation.
Not long ago, Tom Henderson affirmed – according to the information which he had been able to collect – that theE3 would be held, like last year, in digital format unlike gamescom. However, it would seem that this would not be, or no longer, the case. In this year 2022the Californian event should be canceled altogether, according to a brand new source.
Moreover, it would be very difficult to question the announcement from the public relations officer at Razer. On his page Twitter, Will Powers actually revealed that he received an email from the organizer (the Entertainment Software Association) which would confirm this. There she is:

It only remains to wait for the official press release and the reasons for this possible cancellation.
