CD Projekt Red is due to hold a livestream later today on February 15, but it looks like the announcement of a PS5 and Xbox Series patch is already toast.
CD Projekt had teased a big announcement that was to be made during a livestream normally scheduled for February 15 in the late afternoon, but it seems that the news has already leaked.
As we suspected, it seems that the arrival of Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 and Xbox Series patches is more imminent than ever.
Tom Warren, from The Vergehas indeed spilled the beans, with supporting evidence. On Xbox Series, Cyberpunk 2077 now appears as “optimized for Xbox Series X/S” therefore the indication of the availability of a new gen patch.
To top it off, when the man says he found out about the patch even before the livestream, CD Projekt retweeted the post with an evocative Gif.
The veil should be lifted shortly now, with CD Projekt’s livestream set for today Tuesday, February 15 at 4 p.m. We can now expect a deployment on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S at the same time or in any case, very quickly.
