The American company tinyBuild has announced two new acquisitions, Versus Evil and Red Cerberus, bringing the total to 5 acquisitions in 2021.
Independent publisher TinyBuild just announced two new acquisitions for his portfolio. On the one hand, Versus Evil, an American developer known mainly for the series The Banner Saga but who had not given any sign of life for a few years before recently unveiled the First Class Trouble werewolf party-game.
On the other side, the studio redeems Red Cerberus, an in-house QA and testing studio that was in the bosom of Versus Evil. In total, the publisher spent $ 12.5 million in cash and shares over the next three years to recover these two entities and move to 400 employees worldwide, explains CEO Alex Nichiporchik in a video.
tinyBuild has several projects in its publisher boxes for the end of the year and next year, including a magnificent Pigeon Simulator obviously (no) highly anticipated.
