CD Projekt will once again capitalize on Gwent, its mini-game from The Witcher 3, to make it a single-player experience.
Resulting from its popularity on The Witcher 3, the Gwent has subsequently been released in several separate games. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, a multiplayer-oriented experience and Thonebreaker: The Witcher Tales, a single-player RPG.
This year, CD Projekt will do it again with a card game entirely dedicated to single player, but announced as very different from Thonebreaker. For the moment, the software does not have a release date, nor even a name, this one not being known only as “Project Gold Nekker”, in reference to the scavenger creatures of The Witcher.
It was during a live around the game Gwent: The Witcher cards game, that one of the developers spilled the beans. Nevertheless, apart from the code name and the mention of an exit scheduled for later in the year, no other information has filtered. We will therefore have to wait.
