The giant mech combat multiplayer title adds single-player content as it is ported to Meta’s standalone headset.
Spear in September 2018 on PCVR and always in early access since, Vox Machinae, the tactical simulator of giant robot fight playable in VR or on a flat screen from the Canadian studio Space Bullet Dynamic Corporation, continues to improve and expand with, for example, the announcement of a single player campaign at the beginning of the month.
It is now his release on Quest 2 which has just been confirmed with the aim of March 3, 2022, although that may still change, with PCVR and classic PC crossplay. This version of the game will include both the multiplayer content already available in the PCVR version (up to 16 players in 4 teams of 2 to 4 members) but also the single player campaign mentioned above which will join PCVR headsets on the same date via its 1.0 update.
History will of course be heard at the heart of this campaign, via the interactions with your teammates between battles on various alien planets.
Remember that Vox Machinae places you in the cockpit of a robot seven times larger than a Tyrannosaurus Rex and its strength lies in the presence of immersive controls.
