Weird West hosts “The Plague,” a zombie-infested community event to thank its community and celebrate its sales.
Launched just a few days ago, Weird West is a small success that has caused a sensation, like at home, and is already a hit with players. Proud of the launch of his foal, WolfEye takes the opportunity to put online a community event based on the living dead.
Weird West invaded by zombies with “The Plague”
In just two weeks, Weird West sold over 400,000 copies., all platforms combined. A nice score which is enough to delight Devolver Digital and WolfEye and which offers the studio the perfect opportunity to launch his first big community event, “The Plague”.
With “The Plague”, players will have to face a mysterious plague that transforms the poor buggers of the Weird West into beings thirsty for fresh flesh.
This event is also the starting point of the studio’s roadmap. Other content, completely free, is indeed planned to land later in which we find in particular an unnamed DLC, an additional difficulty mode, an event as well as the arrival of mods.
