Reworld Media announced the acquisitions of “Eclypsia” and “Live Video Games”, two sites dedicated to esports and online video games.
After having taken first positions in the world of gaming last November via the acquisition of meltygroup, Reworld Media is developing its offer and displaying its ambition in this booming market.
The Reworld Media group now includes the activities of:
- Eclypsia.com: site dedicated to major competitions esports and multiplayer video gamescreated in 2012 and which brings together an audience of 500,000 unique visitors per month.
- JeuxVideo-Live.com (VGR): news site on video games founded in 2005 and which brings together an audience of 700,000 unique visitors per month.
Online gaming is experiencing very strong growth; the result is a sizeable content market. We are delighted to welcome Eclypsia and Jeux Video Live to the group; our offer is growing and we are structuring a dedicated team of around twenty employees. The group develops premium positions in gaming, increases its audience on the young target; we want to continue to grow in this sector and have many projects in particular new formats of content or influence.
