The Callisto Protocol, the new horror game from the father of Dead Space, has finally opened the pre-orders for its collector’s edition that we will detail.
You probably know this, December 2 will sound the embarkation for the dead moon of Jupiter, Callistoto meet its creatures straight out of hell. This new creation of Glen Schofield, the father of the Dead Space license, is expected to be a great success. Thus, to continue to raise the excitement, Krafton and Striking Distance Studios have unveiled the collector’s edition of the game that we’re going to break down.
A collector’s edition that is far from being stingy
On the menu, we start of course with the game, followed by a statuette of the protagonist, Jacob, facing one of the many monstrosities of Callisto. Our man seems to be in trouble and his opponent looks ready to devour him in a fang. With this we get a nice steelbook case, a set of 2 pins and a comic book whose issue hints that it won’t be the last.
The physical content is done, let’s move on. In addition to a Season Pass, the collector’s edition will give you access to two Retro skins. Note that if you get it on PlayStation, two exclusives will be added to the package: the Contraband pack as well as 48h early access to the story DLC. If you import it, the whole thing will cost you $250.
And yes, we did say import, because there is no confirmation yet on a release in France of this collector. Nevertheless, it seems unlikely that we will be deprived of it, it is surely only a matter of time. You may also have noticed a detail on the tweet below. Indeed, the PC version does not seem to be concerned by this offer. Again, hopefully this is just a postponement.
