Released in 2021 on PS4, Xbox One and PC, Biomutant is now heading to new gen consoles. And, it is coming very soon.
Coming to propose itself the May 25, 2021 on PC, PS4 and Xbox OneBiomutant will soon begin its adventure on Sony’s new gen consoles and Microsoft.
On the way to a more beautiful experience
Biomutant will arrive then on September 6, 2022 on PS5 and Xbox. It will be available at the price of 39.99 euros. And, those who have acquired the existing copies of the game (PS4 and Xbox One) will be able to make the transition to the new versions through a free update.
Thus, in its new appearance, the game will be able to offer a highly improved adventure, visually speaking, offering in particular a 4K resolution, 60 fps and compatibility with HDR. In fact, everything will depend on the graphics modes you choose, either the “Quality”, “Unleashed Quality” and “Performance”.. As for the PS5, the title will also be able to use its own features, such as haptic feedback.

Technical details of the PlayStation 5
Choose between three different graphics modes:
- Quality: 30 frames per second in 4K resolution
- Unleashed quality: over 40 frames per second, averaging 50-60 frames per second, up to 4K resolution.
- Performance: 60 frames per second locked to 1440p

Xbox Series S|X Technical Details
On the Xbox Series X, Biomutant offers a native resolution of 4k with up to 60 FPS, the Xbox Series S offers a resolution of 1440p and up to 60 FPS too.
Here are the three different graphics modes:
- Quality: 30 frames per second in 4K resolution (1440p on the S Series).
- Unleashed quality: 40+ frames per second, averaging 50-60 frames per second, up to 4K resolution (1440p on the S Series).
- Performance: 60 frames per second locked to 1440p resolution (1080p on the S Series).
