The leaked list of characters is starting to be confirmed. Indeed, two fighters have just been announced to appear very soon.
The open beta, already available since July 19 to a certain audiencewill be offered to all starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 26. On the occasion of this upcoming arrival, MultiVersus took advantage of the San Diego Comic Con to draw attention to two of its characters. And while one will show up at the same time as the beta, the other will follow a few days later. A third fighter was also mentioned.

A few weeks ago, the Reddit user known to have revealed the existence of the game came back with a list of characters reserved for the game of Warner. This information then reached was still to be confirmed. This is now done… at least for three of them. The rest will have to wait before being official.
Among the announcements made, there are LeBron Jameswho notably took advantage of a video release to give an overview of his skills. The basketball player and star of Space Jam 2 will arrive this July 26. That won’t be the case for Morty Smith from the eponymous series Rick and Morty. The boy will show up when the season premiere begins, that is to say on August 9. It is thus very probably with the approach of this date that one will be able, him also, to see it with the action through a video. For the grandfather of this last, Rick Sanchez, he will join his compère during the same season. Nevertheless, the day of his arrival is still to be determined.
The free-to-play MultiVersus will be offered on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC.
