Koei Tecmo and Gust Studios have presented the screenplay for the next installment in the saga, Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream, which will return on February 25, 2022.
Unveiled during the Tokyo Game Show 2021, Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream follows the first episode directly by following the adventures of Sophie Neuenmuller and Plachta.
In this new opus, Sophie will visit the city Royal to try to find his missing friend: Plachta. Arriving, Sophie will befriend Kati, the owner of the Crystal Sparkle Pavilion, Gnome her maid, and Pirka, the owner of the Pirka’s Emporium. They will be part of his allies during his journey.
At Crystal Sparkle Pavilion, Sophie will be able to accept a wide range of requests from the inhabitants of the city. By accomplishing them, she will be able to improve her reputation while earning rewards. Once enough quests have been completed, Sophie will be able to move forward in the main story and improve her level of adventurer. At Pirka’s Emporium, Sophie will have the opportunity to replenish your items and resources.
Players will have the opportunity to unlock scenarios specific to each character, it will allow them to learn more about their goals and dreams while increasing their level of friendship to unlock new skills.
