The remasters of the three PS2 episodes as well as a new opus from .hack // GU will soon be released in a compilation for the Switch. The release is scheduled for March 2022 in digital format.
.hack // GU Last Recode announces itself on Switch, on the occasion of 20th anniversary of the franchise. A title that had already appeared in 2017 on PS4 and PC (via Steam). Although in our present case, there is a small difference: the current compilation will contain, like the previous one, the three remastered opuses of the PS2 era – to know Rebirth, Reminisce and Redemption, -, while presenting a new episode entitled Reconnection.
The software will therefore offer the trilogy in a new graphic appearance and will offer another gaming experience through revisited gameplay. It will be made available, in digital format, March 10, 2022 on the Nintendo Hybrid eShop.
