Gims’ next video shot at Club Pierre Charron
Located in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, just 2 steps from the mythical Avenue des Champs-Elysées, Club Pierre Charron is one of the French capital’s top gaming venues.
From time to time, it also plays host to film and video shoots. Such was the case not long ago. On Tuesday, July 25, the dining room played host to the film crew for Gims’ new music video.
A future clip to be discovered in the coming weeks
Club Pierre Charron boasts a superb interior design. What’s more, it’s an emblematic venue for all those who enjoy betting on tables dedicated to the traditional game. As a result, it’s hardly surprising that it occasionally hosts film shoots.
Last Tuesday, July 25, a major figure in rap music was filmed here. Part of one of his future clips was filmed in the Club Pierre Charron dining room. Normally, the dining room is used by players for refreshments.
For the video, Gims was surrounded by numerous extras. All we can do now is wait to see the result in the coming weeks.
An amusing anecdote. Before he could enter the Club Pierre Charron, Gims had to show identification, like everyone else. To make sure it was really him, he was forced to remove his famous black glasses.

Real name Gandhi Djuna, Gims was born on May 6, 1986 in Kinshasa, Zaire. He made his name as a member of the hip-hop group Sexion d’Assaut. He then pursued a successful solo career, starting in 2013. His debut album Subliminal, for example, sold over a million copies.
