We did not expect it but surprise, Bokeh Game Studio took the Game Awards 2021 by storm with a teaser of the disturbing Slitterhead. And there is another surprise to the music …
After his departure from the late SIE Japan Studio, Keiichiro Toyama – progenitor of silent Hill, Siren and Gravity rush – promised to come back in 2023 (at best) with a horrific action / adventure game described as “terrible and vicious”, via Bokeh Game Studio.
It’s still vague but the project is taking shape a little more with a official name, Slitterhead, and a first-rate guest to music: Akira Yamaoka aka Monsieur Silent Hill. And to our surprise, the Game Awards 2021, who hosted the ad, were entitled to a video teaser to spread its disturbing monsters:
The release is planned first on PC, then on consoles (PS5, Xbox series, at least).
