During the big show in Cologne, Frontier Foundry has unveiled a trailer and info on the upcoming Deliver Us Mars, whose release date is set for early 2023.
After a Deliver Us The Moon that gave us a lot of beautiful emotions, Frontier Foundry had announced a sequel, Deliver Us Mars, whose release is expected since last March, but which has unfortunately been pushed back to 2023. On the occasion of Gamescom 2022, the release date has been clarified: it will be February 2, 2023. A presentation video has also been revealed, and features a mission to save humanity (again!)
New climbing mechanics in Deliver Us Mars
The new sci-fi narrative game will resume its gameplay of the first gamewith motion-capture actors bringing the characters to life, including the main heroine, Kathy Johanson, an astronaut apprentice who wants to find out what happened to her father Isaac, who disappeared after receiving a mysterious signal from the red planet.
The trailer shows that the game will again offer puzzle games, but also new climbing mechanics inspired by classic action-adventure games. The release is planned on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC for only 29,99€, and a deluxe edition for 34,99€ will offer in addition the OST of the game (only on PC).
