Flashback 2 says goodbye to 2022

If releasing the sequel to Flashback in the year of its 30th anniversary was the goal, we’ll have to accept that this one will be a close call.

Flashback 2 was only announced for 2023 on Switchbut it was to be released this winter on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series and Xbox One. Finally, it will not be. This is what Microids has just announced on Twitter.

We don’t know the exact release date yet, of course, but it will also be in 2023. This is a bit unfortunate since the title celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and that the symbolism would have been there.

Developed by Microids Studio Lyonthis sequel to the mythical SF game will allow us to find Conrad, always confronted with aliens, whether it is in Neo Washington or in the heart of the junglebut also in new places like a space station and Neo Tokyo.
