The new adventure game from Snowcastle Games, Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure, was announced via a video in particular.
Rooted in the universe of their previous game, Earthlock, this new creation from Snowcastle Games will offer players an experience inspired by Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley.
Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure will take place on an island where mysterious creatures live. Each of them will have a certain power that you will have to use – in addition to the tools that you will create for yourself – to progress in your quest for discovery. Along the way, various materials will be collected and will be used to build the island in your image.
We’re so excited to finally be able to share with players the next step in the Earthlock franchise. With Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure, we want to use the rich world we’ve built for Earthlock to give players a whole new experience, supported by detailed crafting and customization mechanics. We can’t wait to tell you more about our plans for the game in its early access phase in preparation for its full release on PC and console, but for now I hope you enjoy the announcement trailer. The game will first be released in Early Access on computer then will arrive on PS5 consoles, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One. Its date (or rather its dates) are not yet known.
