PS4 and PS5 games remain on the podium of the top weekly sales of physical games in France, but it is the Switch that comes out on top. A DLC comes directly to 5th place.

We had predicted it a little last week, seeing that Polyphony Digital’s racing game had stayed firmly in the lead for another weekwhich is rather rare in the weekly ranking of physical sales in France.

And so, for this 11th week of 2022, Nintendo games are slowly returning to their usual places. Notably Pokémon Legends: Arceus which returns to the top of the rankings, pushing the two editions of Gran Turismo 7 (on PS4 and PS5) to the other steps of the podium. However, this remains a very big performance for Sony’s game, which continues to sell in pallets and place the brand’s consoles on the podium, which has not happened often in 2021, but a little more at the start of the year.

No surprise for the end of the top 5, even if we count an arrival: the pack of additional circuits of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe arrives directly at 5th place, accompanying the traditional and immortal basic game which always sits in 4th place. Will GT7 still hold up next week? See you next Monday to find out.
